Is this a complete C++ programming environment for PSP?

Has it any disadvantages compared to setting up all that cygwin stuff?

nope. the only diff is that this one is directly for the psp

PSPide is supposed to be a development environment for PSP.

It works well for just learning how to code, but once you get more experience the really bad syntax highlighting is really annoying... It CANNOT compile, or even open, c++ files, even though the name suggests it can. Its C only.
