yeah i think this app is gonna be awsome now that i have my own computer up and running and i can transfer all the songs, pics, vids, and homebrew from it
already knew that but i've collected a few more of the above mentioned items :icon_wink not to mention that red vs. blue is awsome on the psp

would it be possible to add in the versions you're working on, no limitation in the amount of files you're able to see. I've got one folder with about 2000 songs and i can't just put them in subfolders...

ok im having serious problems when i load the browser it lists my wifi connection and i press x, then a loading bar pops up and go's to 100% then i get a black screen and have to manually reboot
when you say put config1.txt in the psp root, do you mean the root of the psp or the root of the psp folder? also i have multiple drives i wish to use will this tag work ";DIR= D:\;G:\;" using a ; to seperate the drives?

ok, the config you put in your psp goes in the folder in the root of your mem stick
ok, as i said above you can make more configs and just change the drive letter

well i tryed my config file their priviosly but no luck just tried again and it hasn't worked never mind i'll wait for an update or another file browser
do you have a static ip address connection on your psp
as in 192.168.x.x yes
like when you go to set one up on your psp
select infrastructure, new connection, and when you get to the address settings, click custom
and then manual under ip address settings,
then
what i did here was already use the ip address that it gave me when i connected normally
and then make the default router your routers ip, and also make the primary dns the same as your router
and as always subnet mask is always 255.255.255.0
try that and tell me if it worked or not

i was also wondering if there was anyway to view pictures without actually putting them on your psp, looking at them while there on your computer
that would be kewl they did it on the xbox by using samba shares
you could stream video pictures and music

Great program Ted. Only problem I seem to have with it is whenever I try to view my desktop. The tedzero server on the pc always crashes. It also crashes when I try to reset the connection. I did everything the guide said to do step by step, but I must be missing something. I'll try back tracking my steps and see what i come up with.
Thanks again for the program and keep up the good work.
Edit: I figured it out. This is the best damn program I've come across next to psp radio. Now I rarely need to use a usb cord to transfer my files from pc to psp. Simply outstanding! This is the program I've been waiting for. ^_^

The view desktop function was never finished. Thats why it does that. Mine just scrolls to the right and has no use to it. When its finished it will be a great thing. but for now its just a little glimpse of what is to come.

well there have been mixed results with the view desktop feature, some people get it to work but as for myself i can't figure out how.Zitat:

Got 2.5 running, but I can't see the files on my pc. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the Sconfig file.

Good Show Ted, nice to see you back. Browser works great like it should, mouse is a welcome. Didn't play much yet looks hot though. Please add some color contrast so its a tad easier to use. Either way a great PSP Homebrew. Keep it up. :Jump:

To WarLord: Maybe its one of your config files. Try checking both the one for your psp and the one for the server and make sure things math up. If not just try reinstalling.
This is by far the best version of this program yet!!! The new mouse-interface is absolutely bad-ass!!! (took a sec to figure out new controls) All of the versions before this one would take about 7 - 10 minutes for something as small as a 5MB file/mp3....However, with this latest version the file transfers take no more than 35 - 40 seconds!!!!! This version - for whatever reason - is scream'n fast!!!! Once again I commend Ted on such creating such an original line of code!!!!

I've followed that guide and all i receive was white screen on my psp with root of psp. I don't know what to do. I downloaded 2.5 ver. and can't figure out what for are "C:\doc & settings\tedzero......." and port 9898? I don't use forwarding, so what am i suppose to do? :Cry:
Please write a guide for 2.5 or place some screens how to make it to work.
I can't believe that I haen't seen this before...
I am about to try and get this to work but one question: is there a way to transfer files over a wireless network inside your house rather than through the internet? I have a wireless router, and computers with wireless adapters... it would probably be faster that way if i want to transfer stuff when I'm at home
edit: ok I tried and gave up... I was never good with playing around with config files, and I don't want to take advice from older versions since they seem to work different. Looking forward to a 2.5 guide
