Default Limitiations/Differences in LUA and C

Im not a huge programmer, or any for that much. Yet im interested in both programming itself and programming for the PSP. Of course the psp right now. I saw in the tutorials LUA is great for it, but C has a lot more options.

I would like to know the limitations of LUA progamming outside of PSP, and what "options" LUA is missing that C has.

I would maybe like to use programming and learn it for future programs and not exactly for using it just for psp. Yet I dont want to learn a whole language that has limitations when I could be learning C that has a more options.

I would search for this kind of thing but I dont know how to get a to a page that will explain it for complete newbies.

Thanks in advance.

LUA music wise is pretty limited and the same for graphics it's pretty limited, while C/++ is more advanced and can if your smart enough and know a lot about C/++ you could pull off a 3-D game (ex) Dual Savior(WIP) from Fluff.

It is more wise for you (if your a noob) to learn Lua First, Then learn C++ becuase you can port Lua to C++\C+ and change alot of the functonality (If that's a word lol.
