dont expect ar release for a week or so just have a question

what are the rules for releasing a swf player on this site will you guys host it or is it a copy right infringment havent really looked into this

what is it?

its a port of the "flirt" flash player for psp

whos working on it?

7im and Elevationsnow

tons of thanks to 7im hes really smart

but any ways so far there is no sound support or actionscript support
it just plays through the frames at about 1-3 fps :icon_sad:
but...
after heavily optimizing and searching through all the code 7im and i should be able to get somewhere

well... you got my support bro! though i dont know much about coding i do know a hefty lot about 3D and flash if you ned a tester/graphic desginer/flash assistant just drop me an email at dasurfrdude27@gmail.com keep up the good work bro!

its running at 1-3 frames a second...
and actionscript will only slow it down right now

i didn't expect it to be fast, but man, i love animating in flash, it would be great to carry around my movies with me.

well i did give up but since you want a beta
here it is

you need the file to be named foo.swf in the root folder

only plays the images very slowly

p.s.

expect a lovely flash player in the next file assistant as i have been talking with 7im and hes given me a beta of his work its amazing!

but til then have fun with this

wow this does work just very slowly

heres some instructions

name your swf file foo.swf

place your swf file in the lowest folder of your psp

run the flirt program on your psp

if this doesnt work please tell me

I havent tested this but I can already say that it would be a good idea to allow users to map certain keyboard functions to face buttons and whatnot, if possible, using the d-pad for arrow keys and the thumbpad to move cursor coordinates, so that one may be able to play flash games once the framerate on this gets better.
