Default Any Source code for playing MP3s?

Does anyone know any built-in Syscalls to play MP3's or detailed information on how to use the sceAudioOutput function. Theres no information anywhere that gives me the format of the data to output using the sceaudiooutput..arrgh!

yeah the documentation of the pspsdk is pretty much the worst ive seen so
far, but we should be thankful to have something at all.

you should try ps2dev.org and ask the people there.

You probably want to look into one of the extra libraries at svn.ps2dev.org. I think libmad is what you want.

Mp3 decoding is very slow though, so you may want to use another format.
