wait wait wait...theres a zip file support for the toolchain?
i might make somthing outta that if i can get it, maybejust a simple press X button to unzip and if the .zip is in same folder as the eboot.pbp, then itll extract it, simple stuff, but i just need that library and install it,

i have cygwin and ive gone to svn many times but havnet really found zip anything

Zlib is used in many basic libs, such as libpng. In fact, I believe zziplib uses zlib.

THAT is what your looking for.

(PS., haha xigency)

geeez, calm down.

sorry i confused zlib and zziplib since they're both for compression, and i didnt really feel like looking it up.

anyway, all this thread was talking about was zip support in lua, which i said i could add if anybody wants it, but no one does so i wont waste my time. but if someone is really interested i guess i could.
