That depends on the devices. I was able to control a Pentax Optio camera from 25 feet away.

There are alot more codes on the remotecentral.com site hidden in the ccf file section located HERE

You will need the CCF Tools software to get your codes out of the ccf file. located HERE
When you downlod and install the software, click ccf decompiler.exe file and locate the ccf file u downloaded from the link above. Its suppose to extract to a .xml file, same location u downloaded the ccf file, u will then find more codes in the xml.
I was able to control the rest of my devices from this section of the site.

like i said in an earlier post if u cannot find ur model on the site , look for a model that has a similar name, or find out if the remote for that device was used on others. im pretty sure u can find codes for ur components, just have to be patient to look for them.

Is it possible to combine commands? for example if I wanted to go to channel 17 is there anyway i could assign CIRCLE the code for number 1 then shortly after number 7 so that i could go to a specific channel with one button (that is already preprogrammed in the rdf)

THANKS!

Yes, this is possible via Macros. You can define upto 20 IR codes per key. You can refer to the sample "Panasonic TV.rdf" for details.

The iR Commander requires kernel mode access, so 2.0 isn't possible at the moment.

Apparently, the website links are out dated, so no codes for me

You should create an app for psp that reads the IR commands into a rdf file or a text file.

Make sure the commands are all in High Caps ExAMple:
TRIANGLE=Power oN
SQUARE=Power Off

&

Make sure when combing 2 buttons or 2 comands, u must use underscore not a hyphen Example:
L_TRIANGLE=Power On
R_TRIANGLE=Power Off

Only the keys listed in the sample "Panasonic TV.rdf" works. Example, LR_TRIANGLE, etc, works, but LR_TRAINGLE_CROSS doesn't. I think 48 keys should be sufficient. It's even more than my Marantz universal remote.

Will you add in the Vol+/- buttons too on the PSP? Would be nice if those could be used just for that function...

Great work, keep it up!

Does anyone know which remote code will work for this TV?:

http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Panas...oductDetail.do

It's not listed on the site, and I've tried a couple other ones that look similar, but none worked. :sad:

Ahman,do u mind If I make a request, when highlighting over the rdf files in the main page is it possible to have a custom picture show up for that file on the right side of the screen. Its not important , just eyecandy.

This feature isn't difficult, but you may encounter frequent pause during scrolling and the system is trying to load bitmaps.

Just a little update, I'm now working on launching another game/homebrew within iR Commander, so that you can use a hot key to switch between iR Commander and game/homebrew. Initial test version doesn't work too well due to memory constraint.

I forgot to add if its possible to associate sounds with highlighting and clicking a file. Just tryin to get a more digital feel with the program. I have other requests but definately dont want to be a nuissance, as they are not important features.

I have a version 1.0 PSP, and would like to try this program out. Has anyone had any luck getting this to work on 1.0s? Or does anyone know why it wouldn't work on a 1.0?

I haven't been downloading any PSP apps for a few months now, but I think I remember being able to copy the large eboot into the data directory and play most 1.5 apps on my 1.0, but these eboots don't seem to be set up that way. So is there another program that can combine them? Or am I just SOL?
