Help With Sdk

ok i have sdk and toolchain set up and when i hit make makefile it just says "nothing to do with makefile" stop. i was wondering if anybody could help me

I was just wondering if you setup your cygwin batch file under
c:/cygwin/cygwin.bat just right click and select edit.
Then I used the default from the tutorial

<before>
@echo off

C:
chdir C:\cygwin\bin

bash --login -i

<after>
@echo off

C:
chdir C:\cygwin\bin

set path=%path%;C:/cygwin/usr/local/pspdev/bin
set PSPSDK=C:/cygwin/usr/local/pspdev

bash --login -i

Right on mooser. Your so very welcome, hell I was downloading cygwin reading Yeldarbs tutorials so damn excited to get the environment that will run a welcome sign to write code. ...lol..... And wouldnt you know it I some how skipped getting the Devel to Install all and then of course i missed wget In the Web folder... sitting here trying to compile after waiting forever -"just got dsl Friday o-yeahhhh"- on dial up. its hell, but the fire....o man the fire is coming from my eyes I was so mad at myself...anyways its saturday im in a good mood. Playing, drinking a few brews.
