i feel theres too many stickies in this forum...
not being an *******, but it looks kinda boring...

wouldnt it be better to either make another forum for all the guides, or simply make a single sticky with links to different guides ?

i know this might not be the right place, but since its related to development, i thought that its the devs opinions which matter...

what do you guys think ?

Every locked sticky and guides should go into a separate part of the forum and we would have one über-sticky (like in the homebrew on 2.0+ on the forum). But the c/c++ help thread and lua help thread should still be were it is now.

Okay, it is quite annoying.
But seeing other members thought's i think
it's quite a good idea to keep them grouped up like this.
These should be moved to FAQ/TUTORIALS etc...
Unless this forum also accepts tutorials etc.

The Main Stickys are most likely
C+ Developemnt Tutorials,
Lua Development Tutorials,
C+ Help Thread,
and Lua Help Thread.

I personally like the stickies. It's easy enough to navigate b/c you know that the stickies will be related to the sub-forum you are in.

If there was one massive sticky or another sub-forum, there would be even more scrolling to find what you are looking for.

i was just thinkin this yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!
there are way too many stickies at the top of every category. and to make it more "appealing" they are ALL ****ING FORMATTED IN HUGE ATTENTION GRABBING LETTERS AND BRACKETS
move every stickie and faq and w/e to one "HELP TEXTS/FAQS" forum. if your searching for something and can't think to check that forum then you're beyond understanding anything I just said.
it's bad enough that forums are an ungodly ugly way to relay information, cramming the first page full of stuff i rarley check is uneffiecent and a waste of a few k bandwidth
