Thumbs up MemoryStick copier(sender)!!!

Hey guys!! I have created a MemoryStick copier that can copy any file from a memorystick to another through a PSP!

I have uploaded the file for everybody, so if you like it, you can post it in the QJ homepage of PSP updates.

Please PM me if there is any problem or bug.

Here's the readme:

Shehata MemoryStick copier v1.0
========================= ======

v1.0 This is kinda of a beta version, but it is really helpful
You gotta have a filemanager on your PSP like Fileassistant first for this application

Steps:
=====
1.Copy the ULJM05026STARSOLD folder in the /PSP/SAVEDATA/ folder
2.Copy the file you need to send to another MemoryStick in the /PSP/SAVEDATA/ULJM05026STARSOLD/ folder
3.In your PSP screen: click on saved data utility and click copy
4.It will say you have to change MemoryStick 3 times, click OK
5.Enjoy!

It uses the savegame copy function. Also, you may have to change sticks more than 3 times. Also, it's limited by the size of flash1.

No offense but how is this different from taking any old gamesave and dropping some homebrew files into them and transferring them that way?

No guys, the flash1 is 6mb, i sent over a 10MB fired up browser, If ur sending a file more than 6mb, it cuts it into 2 parts and send it. By default the Shehata MemoryStick copier sends 3 files(with the file u want) but if it is more than 6 mb, it may send more files, 4 or 5, so try it out and tell me

Tried it with Big files and it works :icon_wink ,

But it takes more memorystick switching, so i will try to improve it in the new version.

Can't you just place the file you want to copy in any existing savegame folder? If so what does your 'special' folder do??

To put it in lamens terms, this allows you to copy files from one msd to another msd using the flash1, and you don't haev to touch your comp.

ATTENTION:

Use search!

If you had then you would have not duplicated something already found by me and possibly plagerized .

MemoryStick2MemoryStick via non-computer wise *TUT*!!

I even supplied a very informative tutorial with it.

Along with a small to no size SAVED DATA that takes up little to NO memory at all.

Tisk Tisk Xandu6a, would have thought better of you ....

Why would you copy the file that we want to send to another memory stick to the ULJM05026STARSOLD when we can just put the file in the other memory stick in the first place?

...To some not understanidng this title, either go to the original thread by me (link in earlier post) and if too lazy.

Mine allows you transfer ANY file/folder you want to another Memstick without the use of a Computer.

Just check the non-duplicated / plagerized thread by going to the link in my post above.

Plus, if you use this, then any Star Soldier saved game you have will be over written, that is why MY thread has a Saved Game Data download that is 7+ times smaller and will not over write any game since it is not only re useable, but its also not an actual GAME save, its a 'home made' save if you will.

Please use search before just making a topic already made Atomos, it clutters it up cevearly and shows some thiefyness in you :-p

apparently SG57 is invisible now... congratulations SG57, i've always wondered how one could turn invisible, but you've cracked the code! anyways, garak/xandu6a, guess what, copying the technique of others and learning from it is fine, but taking credit for it is not

=)

Perhaps I should have used the <SARCASM> </SARCASM> tags to make it a little more obvious to you freakystyley.

And also mr. freakystyley, it is quite possible this Xandu6a character wrote this program on his own without any previous knowledge of what the invisible SG had done. If that is the case, it is a bit harsh on your part to accuse him of "taking credit" for someone elses work, even if a search would have revelaed that SG did it a while back.

Its fine, I did seem invisible for a second, specially Garaks post, but it was explained later, but its all fine now, and when i searched, i found my post on the 2nd page out of like 6, so maybe you didnt search the 2nd page?

I dunno, but if some people look here, could i get a 2.0 user to run this app and decrypt this GTA save, i need it and im too lazy to update and do so, just putting it out there.
