Yep, i'm sure. youresam, psphax0r, and I are enough.

Plus, the connection part is solid..just images not displaying and little things..we'll have it done. Don't worry.

Twenty?! Dude, where have you been?

It's coming along great, WiFi multiplayer works well..AI is pretty much done..5 playable characters.

Get on AIM if you can.

So you've improved the AI as well? That's good. But of course, the WiFi will be the best addition :).

Also, I'm not sure if you saw my last post with a suggestion for when it's released, so I'll quote it:

If there wasn't a thread like this, it would probably be very hard to ever find someone to play against. Like I said, just a suggestion, but I think it would be pretty useful and helpful.

We might be able to create a thread like that, but it's not the way the wifi works on this game. There's no lobby, it just searches for someone else ready to play.

Maybe after next release that will be put in, but I don't it will be in this one. Please keep posting you're ideas though :).

meh, they could make it authenticate on the server with a md5sum of the lua file or somethin to make sure it wasn't tampered with

Anyone who wants to cheat on it is too immature to own a PSP...

Anyway, PD, Well I understand that it automatically connects, but you could still make a thread to designate a time to have people schedule battles.

Also, you said to throw out some more suggestions so I'll give some:
-Improve AI (I think this has already been worked on)
-Add 2 player mode on one PSP via d-pad + L for one user and butoons + R for other user (maybe, not high priority...)
-Add Shadow as a character
-Allow player to chose enemy character in single player mode
-Add specials moves for each character (Tails can fly, Knuckles can glide and climb, Cream can use Chao, Amy can do a normal ball attack (she already does her hammer attack), Sonic can do something...)
-Add punching and kicking attacks (maybe...probably hard to find sprites)
-Add other modes, possibly with scrolling maps and powerups, and platforms

That's a lot of suggestions. Obviously some will take longer than others and some may not even interest you guys, but I'm just saying what I've thought this game could use.

and yes, i talked to TMK there will be cheat protection, so if its tampered with then it wont run at all.

Well, kinda. If a n00b touches the code..it'll screw up and mess up the game.

But if a 1337 lua hax0r touches it..he could make it work.
