This is a discussion on Got my PSP Parts within the PSP Development Forum forums, part of the PSP Development, Hacks, and Homebrew category; One problem though the Backlight connector is broken off any suggestions? (Sadly i have no more solder )...

Find .89 cents in your sofa, mosey on down to the local hardware joint, and pick up some rosin core solder

Sadly enough i live in the middle of nowhere so it would take too much gas than it's worth

Why Would Someone Remove The Backlight Connector. I did actually see some of the XMB before i fried it so i give a big F-U to "A$$ Monkey" (Whoever that may be that was the Nickname...) Also who would use 1.51?

They probably broke it off when the LCD was unplugged.
I broke the catch on the LCD ribbon connector when I removed an LCD.
They should have noticed when they unplugged it though.
