Default just a little help with lua.......

i am making a fighting game like darkstalkers chronicle and i want to play an animation when the guy walks forward and backward. would i make separate png images or would i make it play an animated gif? If i have to use separate images how would i do this? thank you for any help!

You would need to define it in a table. Erm, do you have MSN? I can explain better on there.

i use arrays/tables, they both work fine.
