has anyone tryed to Decompile a Eboot of loco roco?

Yes.. I just did and it only contains param.sfo, icon0.png, and data.psp
(same as any homebrew application.)

the key is just a 128 bit encription, i dont think you can find it.

It doesn't work because you need sony's key, it has been said thousands of times.
