I have worked on for a couple of months now, and I thought it would be best to release a Public Beta. The 3 main things that are missing are Auctioning, Trading, and AI. Without those the game isnt really the fun-est thing to play, but it is playable. The computer is only programmed to buy a deed, or pay for a deed, pay on Income Tax, and pay on Luxury Tax. It will go to Jail if landed on the go to Jail box. All the Thanks for Helping and Beta-testers are all in the credits. A lot of you will be thinking that it should be a better game, because I have been working on it since October of last year, but the truth is I took some really long breaks during coding, so everything that is in the game was completed in ~3 months. I dont expect anything special out of this, I was just bored one day and decided to learn lua. If you find any bugs please report them to theridddlingsphinx@gmail. com ( without the space... )

A Big thanks to Xigency and LiquiFire, without them the game wouldnt have been possible.

Hey cools, now you're a premium, you can add them as an attatchment, so change the link from rapidshare, to a post attatchment, easier to download then!

change the logo...there was a problem with blizzard going after the PSP starcraft port..

im sure you wouldnt want to get a C&D from the monopoly guys

I see one bug already, you cant not buy a property, you are forced to buy it.

In Monopoly you are either supposed to buy it or Auction it. ( You cant just not buy it ). Since I have used Monopoly in the title I may have a chance of getting in trouble with the DCMA if I dont. Can anyone think of some cool titles for the game?

Really, then ive been playing it wrong all these years, well here is another problem, when you get a chance or special card or whatever, it flashes by too quicly, its only up for a ssecond or 2

Well for those of you who were wondering, I am going to stop working on this for a little bit untill I complete PSP eMail and SMS, when that is done I will continue. I just need a little break from monopoly and I'm sure somewhere in that time a whole bunch of bugs will be reported.

How do you buy a house? I got into the menu, and it says "Build Houses/Hotel Your Money: $751" and then a bunch of white space and then "Build a House/Hotel on Dark Blue Properties" and some more white space.

Edit: I tried pushing down on the D pad to get down to the second part, and then it says a house cost $200, so I push X and my money goes down, but there are no houses...?

Keep pushing down untill it is selected. ( You will have to push down like 7 times before it is selected ).

Well they didn't show up, but the computer just landed on Park Place and payed me a ton of money. I guess it worked, but it just doesn't show the houses for some reason.

Since Monopoly was compiled in Lua Player .11, I think there were some tranparency issues in that version.
