[RELEASE] PSP Text Reader V.2**FLASH**

Many of you may know that I had previously released a Flash Text reader, but it didn't work. Well...this one works.

Now before you go saying "The PSP can already view text through the browser!", hear me out. Reading .txt files through the web browser, normally, is just hurrendous. This gives you an alternate way to view text files, in a nice graphical interface with scroll buttons.

The PSP Text Reader

This Flash application loads the text.txt and displays it in a very clean graphical interface, with fluid scrolling.
It's a very nice way to read books that have been converted to .txt files.

You can get books in .txt format by clicking here, and clicking on the letter of the authors last name.

There really isn't much more for me to say.
To Install, put the .swf file in the root. To load the file, in this case, it would be:

file:/text.swf

You must put the text.txt into the root of the PSP. That means that you don't put it in any folders.

To change the text, open the text.txt file, then input whatever you after the "textField=". Then load up the .swf file, hit load, and your all set.

Well you can, but the reader will only read the one that is named "text.txt"

ok ive put the swf file into the root and my txt file in there too. when i turn on my psp how do i start it? (if it makes a dif i hav the new version 3.71)

I have a few requests, though I hate to be so picky.

Could someone upload it to something other then that kinky website? I can't seem to download it from there.

Also, could you allow for it to read different file names and have them be in the COMMON folder inside of the PSP folder?

why use that stupid webrowser or html pages? just use c++, all psp's are downgradable , there is something like pandora. . .

Not everyone wants to downgrade their PSP and many are interested in sticking to official firmware.

Why would someone downgrade, install custom firmware and all that hassle for simply reading a TXT file?

not only to read a txt file, you can do much more with a cf. . all what you got with a cf is all the official funct. AND you can run homebrew

I noticed that if the text has more than 100 kb txt reader wont show it. the cache is 2048 kb and I have 288 mb so I don´t know whats wrong.shoulld i look for another download or is it normal?

set the cache to "no cache" try that
