Wouldnt have thought so seen as it comes with the required driver files. But i think you should install SP2 because very soon microsoft are stopping updates to anything below SP2.Zitat:

very good piece of homebrew, thanks for all your work (and thanks to all the other coders out there too).
I've been trying the nethostfs, it's working mostly right, mp3 and app streaming work very well while in irshell, but if i start the xmb it won't find any musics / photos / videos in the hostfs (i'm sure the folder structure is right), and it crashed whenever i entered the games tab. i've tried it with psplayermt too, and it worked well too, i can see all the avi's on the hostfs but the movies lag a bit, and it seems to crash randomly sometimes... but it's still an awesome app.
OOOOO ok thanks. i was really confused about that. now if only i could get wifi hosting to work.....Zitat:

Seems to work pretty good via WIFI.
Memcard redirection works great!
I can now read my 10,000+ rom images for my emulators now . woohoo!
Great Job!
I'm not sure :
Does it redirect everything to your PC?? Can you launch isos, homebrews, savedatas from PC?? Do you have to launch on-PC-homebrews via IRShell?
I probably sound like a noob, but how do you launch the linux version of nethostfs? Im in Ubuntu 6.06, and I tryed typing sh nethostfs and ./nethostfs, but neither will work.
I asked my question a few pages ago, will do it again: how do I install the driver when I accidentally pressed the 'dont ask for installing this driver again' (something like that)? Is there a way thourgh the system panel? (I already tried add hardware, but didn't found anything while in 'usb host mode' in IR Shell.
1 why in xmb mode doesn't view movies and music file?
2why doesn't see iso of daxziso?
First, where ever you placed the nethostsf.exe or usbhostsf.exe is where the new root of your mem stick is, so if you set it to C:/, then make a folder caleld MP_ROOT on your C:/ and then 100MNV01 folder inside that, then placve MP4's there and it will work if you allow remapping.
That's what I've been doing, but it doesn't seem to work for me.Zitat:
