THIS IS JUST THE FIRST BETA!! REMEMBER
This is the first game put out by team x it is only the first beta and work is cut out for us but i hope u like it :)

this version is the first and its not the full game more lvls enemys and suprizes coming next we are all rdy working on the second beta version.

Readme!!! now!!!!
currently to psp fw 1.5 (works on 2.01-2.6 using eloader)
HVS By Virons & Dreadnaught
1/download the zip to ur pc.
2/connect ur psp to ur pc and open ur game folder. (if u dont have one then make one in the psp folder' write in caps)
3/take the files in the zip and place them in ur game folder.
4/go to the game menu and play the game!
5/Have fun and write comments!!
6/shooting speed (all rdy fixed)
7/ gfx will be mproved

Known issues(most of them all rdy taken care of)
1/enemy fire somtimes stops at the green platform.
2/walking animation (u currently glide using a surf board but it will be changed to walking)
3/no gfx for the life meter but u have it written in white.
4/plz write if u fund more bugs.

Congrats!, Kool game mate.
The idea is good and should go down with the community.
Seeing as most of us dont like sony and want to kick there asses ;)

great game i can see this has great potential on the storyline alone, maybe we can see bosses in the future such as Ta-082 motherboards that cannot be killed by any downgraded!

nice work, even tho i hate sony and theyre firmware upgrades with mega protection that is impossible to hack (for a few months of course, sometimes less) but i love them too for making the psp. oh, back to the game lolz. great game u made here

its people like this that in their self deluded rightous glory, fall short of understaning and the bigger picture. Sacrifices must be made, its a sad, harsh truth. Sony has to make a choice, to allow homebrew and the possibility of people pirating games in a rampent reakless disregard. Saying that they do it because their sticking it to a rotting coorperation, games cost to much, and so on. Guess what, if you think games cost to much, that sony is corrupt/arrogant/screwing you, you dont have to buy their systems, their games, or anything from them. They are not a monopoly like companies like microsoft. They are still bringing things to the table for you. working to make your entertainment better, even if its just for business. ok... lost track here...

sony has to make a choice, homebrew able or safe for devs. by limiting homebrew to security holes they can lessen the impact piracy reasoned iso loaders make to developer. Thus making them feel safe enough to make games for the system. A few years ago, sony said you could make homebrew for your psp, the only limits would be your imagination. They did not lie, by accident or sheer genius, they have fostered the homebrew community on the psp end. They gave us a taste of freedom on 1.0 and 1.5 and have slowly been building and working up imaginations, limitations, and decisive thinking with each firmware release. Freedom always comes at a price. As time goes by it becomes greater with more people in the ranks, thus the harsh security. Sony may seem like the enemy here by making us work harder and harder for our psp's freedom, but its all in good measure. Im sure they wouldnt have released the psp with so little security at first without reason. They held true to homebrew on your psp, but they never said it would be easy.

I hate them because they've put a lot of money into preventing us from using their product in whatever manner we see fit. It's like buying a grill and then being told that it won't cook meat because being a vegetarian is healthier.

They don't have to support homebrew, but actively fighting against it just because they don't like it is insulting.



...Also, they ruined Star Wars: Galaxies.

Just a suggestion...

While the poorly-worded intro you guys had was fondly reminiscent of old NES games, here's another way you could tell the story. Feel free to use it if you like.

Sony, previously considered a friend to the gaming community, has betrayed them.

In the year 2005, Sony released the PSP game console.

It was excellent and very popular, even more so after independant developers began creating their own applications and games for the console.

After some time, Sony released the first plague: Firmware version 2.00. Many gamers left their PSPs for the Nintendo DS.

Then the developers, MPH, Fanjita, Yoshiro, and many more, struck back against Sony!

The heros destroyed 2.00s defenses and restored version 1.50.

Not long after their defeat, Sony created versions 2.01 through 2.60, each more secure than the last. But yet again, the heros rose. Dark Alex destroyed the new firmwares, and once more, Sony was defeated.

And now you must begin the quest to defeat the ultimate firmware: 2.71.

I tried to spice it up, in addition to fixing the English errors and making it a bit more coherant. The story in the game ends with "and," so I'm not sure if you wanted to tell more. Anyway, just wanted to throw that out there.

about the intro story it was 4 am (and i wasent really connected to the world) + english is not my main languge
for the u get flashed to 2.71 good idea but i think a brick is a nice idea 2 no?
