Can u change the 2.71 vshmain.prx so it uses the same settings that is in the config file? it's the skip $ce part i really want tough ;)

When flashing something like the recovery.elf and you didn't have the ac adaptor plugged in, INSERT AC ADAPTER would repeat thousands of times. Maybe that's fixed.

No, that isnt fixed right now... by the way i just updated the recovery.elf to say Recovery menu instead of Backup menu, nothing major so dont bother re-flashing until i release something better...
