Sonicstage and Goldwave will in fact allow you to convert audio files to the AT3 format. You must make sure you have the ATRAC3 codec installed on your PC. you can do a search on google for ATRAC3 and you will findf a link to download the codec.
Once it's installed, you will be able to save your audio files (in any audio editing program) to AT3. The codec that will appear in the dropdown list when saving a file will be ATRAC3. Garak |
