This Custom Firmware was tested by me. *You will still use it at your own risk*
this Custom Firmware includes Autobooting Button configuration. which means you
will be able to choose which button you would like to push to autoboot your
favorite Homebrew,Emulator,and ect....

Autobooting Button configuration
RTRIGGER enters Recovery Mode ("Thanks Harleyg for his Recovery 0.2")
Look in the config file for more information.

*rtrigger is used for Recovery mode so i didnt implement it*

What exactly does this do besides enter recovery mode? Is it just the button config for homebrew?

hey pspmad the only custom firmware ive flashed is dark_alex poc do i have to remove this first before flashing your custom firmware

yeah i would first remove then install.
you can use Custom Firmware Unflasher it can be found on these forums.

autoboot doesnt work properly it just autoboots devhook everytime

Yeah it uses harleyg's recovery mode
and u can bypass all auto booting by not pressing the key button or just by
puting # infront of the boot option.

-If I assign i.e DH to autoboot and uncoment the AB_LTRIGGER line in the Config without assigning the path to any eboot to it,
would the autoboot be skipped if LTRIGGER is hold?

if u would want Devboot to load with a push of a button i would do this
AB_LTRIGGER = "ms0:/PSP/SYSTEM/EBOOTS/DEVBOOT.PBP";

but if u want it to autoboot every time at start up i will put this
autoboot = "ms0:/PSP/SYSTEM/EBOOTS/DEVBOOT.PBP";

also please dont use both of thoughs
i would recomend if you want to use a button to autoboot DEVBOOT
put # in front of autoboot like so

#autoboot = "ms0:/PSP/SYSTEM/EBOOTS/DEVBOOT.PBP";

and yes it will be skipped i had to test it

The idea was getting a way of skipping the autoboot.
I was wondering that if I assign LTRIGGER to boot nothing (by uncomment the line but leaving the path pointing to a eboot that does not exists, it would skip the autoboot (cause by trying to boot something that is not there).
This is not a problem (I can skip DH boot by holdding triangle), still..

oooh now i know what i did wrong i forgot to add DEVBOOT.PBP at the end of this AB_LTRIGGER = "ms0:/PSP/SYSTEM/EBOOTS/ silly me

lordsturm yes you can map an eboot to every single button aslmost

e.g.

autoboot = "homebrew1"
AB_UP = "homebrew2"

If you have only done this, if you don't press UP (or RTRIGGER), it will launch homebrew1. If you press UP, it will launch homebrew2.
Thanks to this and LordSturm, I can bypass autoboot by pressing the key wich is linked to an ini file (in dh folder) which launchs 1.50 firmware (linked to 150F folder, so real flash).
I also have a button for 2.71 and another for 2.60.
(and others for some homebrews ).

:P - Well ill implement it into a style then, if u guys want to make it easier, get this guy to share his source lol, ( I can do it without it, but its a matter of reinventing the wheel. )

Also, allowing mapping of all keys would interfere with the styles, so custom style it will be, but in v4, im too lazy right now.

Also, dont map the devhook things to triangle, u'll find they wont work, because i made the devhook thing quit if TRIANGLE was being held down.
