Are you implying C is not?

But to tell you the truth, if you really want to create something worth-while, do not rely on LUA to allow such a thing. Especially ifyou plan on making an application, where a fun factor isn't inclided.

But it's your choice, your technique, your vision of games, and your limited a$$

ive never coded in my life apart from actionscript in flash, this is just a start for me, and from what ive heard, c is harder than lua, plus i need to set up programs on my PC and i cant do that in this PC, its not mine.

I had basic knowledge of C++, i followed yelarbs tuts and now im writing games for the PSP! But i am a fast learner...

Learn Lua, then go straight onto C. Trust me, setting up Cygwin is allll worth it.

Somebody should make a topic, that he would compile c/c++ programs, for people who can't set up cygwin. So the person could make c programs, but don't need cygwin.

Wouldn't that be a good idea? Because I have cygwin on my computer, a couple of librarys installed, and I rarely use it.
