Default Homebrew ide!!, Liero, Soldat game!! *With Open Source*

Okey, I dunno if anyone have thought about this before but i was playing this game called Blob of solid and start thinking about a homebrew game playable like the old DOS game Liero or Soldat.
So if someone whos good on gamemaking got time plz test it out! becouse I think it would be great! .

Might be for some help:

"LOSP is a project that has been created by reverse engineering the original Liero 1.33. The author has assured me that he doesn't care about it so there is nothing illegal going on here."

First of all, no requests!
Second, you need the source code to port a game and the source code isn't released for those games. You could do a remake (which is basically coding it from the start and make it look like the game).

First I would love to see Liero get ported over to the PSP, not even a week ago @ a friends request did i download it off the net lol go figure that someone else mentioned this.
