Ive decided that Lua is a bit too much for me (im still working on projects for it)
so I have decided to actually make my own homebrew. I have never made it before but I got some help on the chat of qj.net. The thing is, when I was looking at the psp-programming guide, it said I have to update the files in the cygwin bash file. So It was kinda hard to understand, so I went to Sousanators Guide on how to install it. I got this thing called CygWinPSP, the tutorial so far said nothing about this, so I went ahead and downloaded the setupn for cygwin. I installed it as sousnators guide said, and it was installed. So then, I looked at psp-programming's tutorial, and later on it said to put my toolchain folder in C:/cygwin/home/myuser (as in my username) so I did, but the thing is, when I went to type ls, it gave me a list of files. So then I typed in cd toolchain, then it sent me to the toolchain directory, so then it said to type in ls, I typed it in, so it gave me a bit more files in the toolchain folder, it then said to type svn update, I typed it in and it gave me an error: bash: svn: command not found. I thought this was nothing so i skipped that and went ahead to where it said to type in ./toolchain.sh I typed that in and it gave me this error: ERROR: Please make sure you have GNU 'make' installed. It keeps giving me this error, the chatter on the Flash Chat said to post a thread to see if you guys could help. I dont understand, I just want to make a simple eboot and eboot% homebrew for 1.5, and this error just pops up when I type in: ./toolchain.sh What am i doing wrong? |
