Default custom firmware with nethost?

does anyone think it would be possible to create a custom firmware addon like slashers mp3 plugin for example but one that loads at startup and connects to a wifi router and uses nethost to stream content from your pc into the xmb like irshell in video. could this be done? like set up the same file structure as on your psp on your pc and the extra content then shows up in the xmb.
dont flame me if it cant :P only a suggestion

you cant open prx's(atleast without decypting them)

to create a prx, you need to know coding (c/++) and get a makefile to see how its done (from anoth prx source)

the usbhost.prx is allready created,,
check psp link
