You're not even remotely close. What made you think this was an approriate question for the developer's forum?

i though the devolepers would be the most likely of people to know,

anyway, what is the PSPs NAND chips modle number, i just want to see if i can look it up in my school books as there is a registry of CMOS ICs and TTL ICs and stuff like that, (the psp NAND chip afaik would be one of the CMOS ics if its listed)

You are better off looking at ps2dev.org for that.
I do remember seeing the number before. There are also some very good
shots of the motherboard around too.
I remember the thread is called "My gift to you.... pictures"
The IC lists you have at school will be stock devices that are produced by
many different companies. I guarantee it won't be on there.

The chips you've seen at school will be NAND logic gates, with just a few per chip (presumably 0.1" pitch DIL ICs, probably about 16 pins, am I right?).

The NAND flash memory used in the PSP is built from roughly the same principle, but using millions of those gates as building blocks for persistent storage. Similar in name and basic concepts, but very different in implementation, scope and purpose.
