This is a new recovery.elf which is basically the same as Dark Alexs but has a function to load an update from a umd as well as memory stick. I have also been helping Lordstrum do this so dont be suprised if it turns up in Casual

Recovery.elf and a rudimentary flasher are included. Enjoy
