after messing with gameboots, I thought how cool it would be if the PSP wallpaper could be animated, not ready to take on that kind of task yet, I am here to ask if Ir Shell is os so I can add my idea to it.

Wasn't going for pmf wallpaper, but that is a good idea. I heard there was a program that could run pmfs natively. Anyways, I can just unload it when I boot homebrew.

And didn't he quit working on IR Shell pretty much?

Not quit, rather stopped. Mainly becuase theres not much left after perfection

I guess the UI is a matter of opinion.

The UI is dependent on the skins, so unless theres any skilled skinners out here, id shutup. :P

Besides, hes doing a bit of side work on final versions just for the beta testers.

He's not leaving the PSP Scene, he just finalized irshell.
