whenever i type gcc command, it tells me: gcc: command not found. All im trying to do is compile my tetris.c file

It's psp-gcc.

And there should be a help thread.

Is there a special cygin packl that i sould have download cause i cannot find one command that works besides mem and hash ...

PS: what about the make command?

You should have installed the toolchain.
Read up on setting up a dev enviroment:

When you try to complie somtehing all that you do is type make or make kxploit if you want it for 1.5.

2nd, I probably should have told u i was working w/ 2.8, not 1.5 which means i need a .bin, not an eboot
damn i hate typing on my psp...
