For those of you didn't know i've written a player for the gif animations that you make with the Screen\Video Capture module for DevHook...

I'm at the stage where I need some graphics for the main navigation screen... Basically, if people post their skins (which is just a graphic 480x272) I will choose the best one and use it when I release...

Now the rules,

1) The graphics MUST be 480x272 pixels big...
2) The app is called "SVC Player" so I want to see that somewhere...
3) You MUST use the below "blank" skin example and cannot change the graphic that appears in the centre (or move it)...

Other than that go bananas... but bare in mind the user moves to the next clip by pressing RIGHT on the D-Pad and the previous one by pressing LEFT... The user presses X to start the animation... You might want to include this info in the skin somehow...

I really need some good ones so if you know anybody on other forums etc who might be interested then let them know...

Ignore the tilt but make it look like a device... That would be great... I wish I could do graphics dam it...

No problem.

About you wishing you could do graphics, coding is much harder than graphics, so its not like you dont have the skills.

I will see what I can do about making it look like a device. Its shouldnt be TOO hard.

Coding is one thing... Graphics is another... Both deserve the same respect if you ask me...

Decoding the gifs was the hardest thing i've done so far in C... You have no idea how happy I was to see that first frame rendered perfectly after two weeks failing... Very pleased... This app simple MUST look smart and I wont release it 'till it does...

Please have a go... I have 8 skins now but none are really up to it (not to say any are bad)...

Just stick some arrows to the left and right of it and it's a right contender... It's the device look I was after but my Photoshop skills are a little on the amature side...

I love it, absolutely fantastic, very simple.

But, Adepsp asked for a device design, and showed a pic of some Iriver thing, so thats what I made.

I hope that skins will be swapable on this player.
