this is a new version of cwcheat: 0.1.5
This new version permits to anyone to translate cwcheat to another language (you just need to put the language file you want in ms0:/dh/cwcheat.lng) Not only that but thanks to a lot of optimizations now the file is less big than before also with the new functionality finally there is a fix which permits to apply 32bit costant write also to adresses which aren't power of 4, the ability to swap O X buttons, a menu reorganization and other things ![]() Download happy cheating ![]() Code:
0.1.5 RELEASE [CORE PRX] -done a lot of optimizations here and there gaining 7kb -now you can traslate CWCHEAT (note cwcheat uses the classic printf font so you wont have chars like èò ect) NOTE: you must put the file with your translation here: ms0:/dh/cwcheat.lng -now you can access the cheat selection menu directly from the game without opening the main menu -button swap support added: now it's possible to confirm with O and abort with X if enabled, or have the same configuration taken from your firmware register files (emulated firmware) -returned to gcc 4.0.2 : gcc 4.1.0 proved being higly instable (and made prx with 2 more kb) -now the diff search screen is cleared when searching -fixed some games in which the button pressed while exiting from in game menu was passed to the game -now the current value of a found adress by searching is copied to the new cheat for all search type -now you can change the adress of a cheat by pressing L in the cheat modification menu -main menu reorganized and a new config submenu -not 4byte alligned 32bit costant write codes now works (usefull for condensing, performance are affected like with not 4byte alligned 32bit multi adress write) -now you can abort search by pressing O for some times -other little things [PACKAGE] -included french (thanks to stark), english and italian language files |

never enable cheats while booting up a game it messes with the vsh functions and remove cwcheat from vsh if you don't need it it's better
also check that cwcheat is in the right position in the pspbtcnf*.txt files (after prxs which controls data reading and devhook usbhostfs ciso and so on: personally i keep it after the screenshoot prx) |

@wellat, everythings looks good (Streeth Fighter Works with CWCheat) but BoF Restarts to XMB with "The Game Cannot Be Started"
(Without CWCheat BoF3 Works).==EDIT== It Work's!! Tu Run BoF3 With CWCheat Correctly I Must Enable CWCheat in DevHook but Disable in XMB (Use Cheats: OFF and in Select Cheats Menu, All Cheats set to OFF) And It Work's!! Last edited by szczuru; 10-05-2006 at 04:50 AM.. |

for me it works... anyway you can get it from the dl section of qj.net
yes szczuru applying cheat during game boot up will make the psp return with a prx error and a lot of people like adding cheats to the db as enabled making them automatically applyed if you enabled apply cheats as default |

Weltall...got a question for you. I started with this cheat device a few days ago with 1.0.4...worked nice, now with 1.0.5, works pretty well too!, but there's something strange with Socom. When I load the game, a few seconds after it starts, it will turn on the remap(just by itself), and the bottons won't work until I turn the remap off again. With the database that is included with the 1.0.5, the game name won't show(aparently because it isn't there) but with the current database, the name does shows up, but it does what I just described...I've ust tested 2 games, Socom being the only one doing this. Just wanted to know if this is just on mine or it is an actual bug, thanks, great work bro.

I hope this version works.
I am still using 1.0.2 because any version later than that refuses to work.

1.it's an app which automatically connect to the first wifi config then connects to the cwcheat.zioale.it server, erases the cheat.db file and download a fresh one
![]() 2. selecting cheats is valid either for manual and enable cheats. the difference is that enable cheats applyes always the cheats while manual apply is done just when you press x then it isn't done till you do it again. for example if you use it trought the key combination you can press a button to apply the cheats and only when you press it or use a switch as a cheat enabler.

hey weltall...I managed to go a bit deeper into Socom, and I found a few things:
1. the game itself, won't load with the cwcheat installed, if the WIFI switch is on. 2. if you load the game with the WIFI switch off, and then turn it on, the remap will go on, and if you turn it off, then the game will display "remap disabled" on the lower left corner of the screen...it keeps there until you shut the psp off, or exit the game. 3. the remap will go on after a while even without tweaking with the wifi. ...well this is all about I've found, only at socom. Ohh, and by the way, I have a question about Munster Hunter...the Infinite HP seems to work but only sometimes...why is this? thanks |

are you sure remapsp isn't mapped in the controller combinations as wlan?
for mhf it works fine here (european version) maybe try pressing two times /_\ so you are sure all cheats are disabled before enabling it maybe someone put a not so working code and you have it enabled by default |

well...I don't really know if it's mapped. I don't know how it works or anything, so I just leave it as when I downloaded it. I downloaded the 0.1.4 again, no problems so far, even with the wlan switch on
...I installed the 0.1.5 on my cousins PSP...samething happened. So I'll stick with 0.1.4 for now. If you find something please post it here. Also...it would be nice (if possible) a version only for cheats, no remap or anything else...just giving some ideas :P About MHF, I do that(press the triangle 2 times) always...but well...other cheats are working fine. Thanks Weltall. |

Someone want to tell the girl who made the OS X CWcheat client that her software was compiled BADLY?
It's NOT A Universal Binary, it's a Mac Intel-only binary. Next time she should check her flags before compiling something she's going to advertise as a "Universal Binary".

Let's not be so fiesty
![]() CWCheat IS INFACT compiled as a Universal Binary. I have no idea what you're doing wrong, but here's some video proof of it running on my G5: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-Nyx09Kf2w It's all the same from psp-hacks, pspupdates.qj.net, cwcheat.zioale.it, and psponmac websites. This one was downloaded from PSP-Hacks. Also, make sure your Mac OS is up to date, and you're not using an older version of OS X. And let's get another thing straight, I'm a MAN. not a woman :P You keep saying 'she' and 'her' :P I don't think 'Hank Chill' sounds like a woman's name :P Regards, --Henry |

And someone else even bothere to look at it and said it wasn't compiled as a universal binary. But tell you what I'll even give you the benefit of a doubt, lady, and re-download it once again and try it.
