Creating own prx for autoexec 2.71SE-B

I didn't know where this question belongs to... So I ask it here.
And I am supernewbie with this programming stuff.
recently, Ive found the way to load prxes for 2.71SE-B firmware.(without devhook)

I decided to create prx which loads 2.71SE-B XMB if WLAN switch is up,
and loads Devhook if WLAN switch is down. just like harleyg0.2 does.

Trying to run devhook from IRSHELL will gives me blackout.
DEVBOOT.PBP that came with harleyg0.2 gives me blackout either.
This means, I have to load devhook from 2.71 firmware mode... just my guess.

And I am supernewbie. Do you expart people think
this is mission impossible 3 for me to create one?
