ok at the time of creating this seems like a good idea so thus:

first off this is to help devs get good programs which can help people when making games so thus just add a small description free/not free(include price) and a link to the site to get it and an image if your able 2

AFAIK it's also possible to directly compile PSP stuff from VC++ without going to type "make" every time in Cygwin shell
