Hi, im new to the scene, but i was wondering if someone could make a psp password boot lock to prevent someone from accessing the psp without the right password. Now i already know that if it is installed to the memory card then all someone has to do is pull it out. . . Well thats not what i mean, what if the password lock would be merged with the system bios like firmware, so when the system is started, the BIOS would be accessed and during the post test it would trigger the the password program planted in the boot process. Of course i know that if there is a bug/problem in the code we would all have a bricked psp due to the password not being reconized, but i am willing to take that chance, but im sure others are not. But if it's possible and if you can exceed a beta testing without a "lockout" then that would be GREAT! I would love to have this type of program so incase my psp ever gets stolen/lost, no one could even start the psp os, and they wouldnt be able to use/sell my psp on the streets. If it is possible and if ANYONE is up to the challenge i would GREATLY be thankfull to you, and if not, thx for atleast hearing my request.
