Even though this is based on lua help, I think the people who answer questions there wouldn't be able to help with this one.
Now, lua seems to have terrible WAV support since any WAV I play sounds scratchy, garbled, and quiet. So I was wondering is there a way to convert WAVs to XM, MOD, IT, or the likes? I've searched Google, and all that I find are XM to WAV converters. I'm using Cubase for my recordings, and it cannot export to any of the MOD types of files. I may end up using one of the modded luaplayers so that I can use mp3's but then I have to make a standalone eboot because a lot of people don't use the modded versions. Anyone know of a good solution? |

It may be the version you're already using though. |

Hockey - You just dont know how to utilize luaplayer's mikmod implemation... You can do amazing things with WAV files in both LUA and C thanks to mikmod. But if your just looking to play some SFX, wav files are what you want and just load and play them after editing them on the computer to play correctly... Thats what I did atleast
