Unless you get permission no! And if its from a gamemade by big companys by the likes of EA or Ubisoft or something like that! Theres noway you would get permission from them. What game was you going to take the video out of

Just noticed your post saying its Halo! No you can't do that. You could make it but nott post it up here. And Microsoft has the ability to sue you if you use it. What video out of it was it. Opening title etc

I dont know, from what I hear bungie if supportive of people making stuff from their games as long as it is legal. Afterall, look at Red Vs Blue. You could always contact them.

YES PSP homebrew IS legal, it doesnt use any copyrighted code (in most cases) and was built from the ground up.

He's right hombrew is legal. Sony just try to stop us because they know we make kick-ass apps and games! They worry if they leave hombrew, people will not play as many PSP games.

Uh, wrong... Please dont speak in areas you don't fully understand... Sony, recently, just gave the PS3 linux support. Why would they do that if htey thought people wouldnt play PS3 games if they had it?

Piracy. Thats the only reason Sony stops homebrew. Emulators and ISO loaders are there prime concern. They can get into legal trouble if they dont put up a fight to stop them I believe... But really, they believe homebrew leads to the ISO loaders which leads to less PSP UMD game sales and the promotion of piracy... Which, well, it did for me lol.
