iirc tekken3 has in-game screen adjustment menus....
and for the other's there are pal-> ntsc patch programs with Y-fix things.. where u can enter values manually where the screen should be.. go to maxconsole and read up there |

I think there is a pal to ntsc converter but if that fixes the problem i dont know.

In PSX2PSP_v_1_.0.7.1 when you choose your .ISO/.BIN to convert.On the right of convert button is a button called PAL 2 NTSC just click on it then convert your .ISO/.BIN to a pbp and your game should be dead center.
