Hey, where's a reference for the PSP toolchain? Or where can I find all the functions and stuff? I don't think the tutorials have a list of these...

The best place is to look at the samples contained with the SDK (psp/sdk/samples). Those explain a bunch of the useful features. If you look through the actual files you are interested in though you can see the functions and the function names pretty much explain what they do.

The best place for talking about the SDK and functions is ps2dev.org
