Default [RELEASE] TyDoPad v0.01 - notes (PSP & PALM UW Keyboard)

    Hello everybody
finaly... heres my first homebrew app :-) (except PMP Mod AVC tunning). I hope everything important is included in readme. :-)

last image is file TyDoPad_notes.txt viewed using (homebrew) Bookr

    Video on youtube (crappy)

    Code:
    --------------------------------------------------
    | TyDoPad v0.01 by madruscoe (PMP lover) |
    | beta version (testing and improving) |
    --------------------------------------------------

This homebrew allows you to write short notes and
save them as .txt on Memory Stick. Only Palm(One)
Universal Wireless Keyboard (5 rows) is supported.

Press START button to save written text. All notes
are stored in file \TyDoPad_notes.txt and are
separeted by small header (whitch included date
and time). For quit press HOME - YES.

At this time you arent allowed to view/open/edit
    written text.

Limit for one note is 4 kB. But number of notes is
    not limited.

    Runs on fw 1.50/SE/OE.
if someones interested, heres the key codes

    Download
    http://mihd.net/sinfql (ZIP, 27 kB)
source (ZIP, 15 kB) - plese accept this is first project of programming noob and its pretty mess :-)

Great application moneytoo - a credit to the homebrew community. Many people, namely Logic 3 have failed to make a proper keyboard work for the PSP so well done! A PRX would just be amazing...

Just please make it work with the web browser, I am tired of using Sony version of short hand to type in URL's.................... ..

Never could understand, we get built in wireless internet, a browser and no friggin keyboard.

    Thanks for your efforts though.

if we can have this as a prx it would be great if somebody could change the input fields in the ie to direct input, but that is the future. now we all are just missing VoIP!

cool, gald to see more work is being done for keyboards - i'm surprized how dead the topics been.

i found an app that lets you use ANY keyboard (you just have to run a small configuration first). sadly, the dev seemed to drop the project - and i lost the files.

please let it be adaptable to use other keyboards tho. so you type "A" and it remebers the ircode for "A", then you type "B" and it remebers the code, etc... that way you can use any keyboard.

i hope to see this one go all the way!

Excellent, it has been a while since we've seen an IR keyboard work on the PSP! The previous keyboard model escapes me, but great job on this release, dev status is comming your way shortly :)

Also, did you use any previous available sources for this creation? As it has been done before, but with a different keyboard.
Do you know who I am?

do you think if sony ever released a keyboard for the PSP, then it could somehow (purely dream-oriented speculation, not too much logic in my hopes) couple it with a mouse. And then release games to be used exclusively with these two add-ons? That would be pretty cool for 1st person shooter games. I know that would kinda take away the portability, but it still nice to think about if you ever have your PSP and a flat surface somewhere.

Moneytoo- first off, nice work. I just ordered my keyboard with high hopes that you'll release the source so I can work my own homebrew around this. I want to implement my own psp notepad app, to use for note taking in some of my courses.

Plllease post the source to save me a head ache

    Default Super-Sonic Bomber In Bound

This is a super Sonic Cat here...
    Dropping the pay load.

    *releases the nuclear kudos missile*

i dont care bout a prx but it would be nice... would it be possible to make some mods to it so u can use a usb keyboard? that would be elite! then i would go buy one of those laptop keyboard things...and make a stand... Obvooisuly needs some software upgrades, other than that GREAT p.o.c.

Would tihs work on a 2.8 btw?

and would tihs work with this
