Umm, I believe in opensource, and I don't have a problem with people looking at my source and learning from and using parts of it, but if you're just going to take one of my games, change the pictures and the text printed and then say only part of it is from me, I have a problem with that; that's code stealing, you aren;t giving proper credit. You didn't restructure any of the code of the game, you didn't touch anything except the text printed and the images.
TP - Did you patent, copyright or license your code in anyway?
No I didn't OFFICIALLY but I did say in the readme:
You may use the code from this game for reference, to learn from, or even to use in your own game.
However, please give credit where credit is due. You may also include this game in any game packages etc ONLY if you make it clear who made it.
I did NOT give permission for people to take it and change the text and images and release it as their own.
