[REQUEST] An Autoboot of sorts (read to understand)

I've been trying to get 3.10OE-A to autoboot to iRShell, which I can with this but when I do load to iRShell, I can't get back to the XMB without shutting down the PSP, opening recovery, and disabling the plugin.

My idea is to make an EBOOT that points you in the direction of the XMB, much like some that are around that when you press the 'L' button, it loads homebrew, else it loads the XMB, but that doesn't use the 'L' button, and say, the up direction?

That being said, how about a plugin that loads homebrew at a specific folder if you press a different key, instead of the 'L' key the up direction or something?

Or even a plugin that loads the XMB when you press a key, and loads homebrew as its default?

If L pressed then load XMB
else load boot folder

That sort of thing would be fantastic for me, as I generally want to load iRShell, but occasionally I will want to play a backed up PSP or PSX game, and this can't be done in iRShell (or at least not without DevHook).

Also, how do you create plugins? Do you need a massive compilier program like with EBOOT, I would love to add something to Homebrew, but being on dialup I can't download the files needed for the EBOOTs, so plugins are the next best thing .
