I'm running on 3.10 OE-A, and I tried to change the XMB. Stupidly, I did not back up my flash0 files. Also stupidly, I did not realize 3.10 OE-A could not change the XMB. Now my PSP is semi-bricked. The start screen loads up, but then it goes white and shows my custom battery icon, and turns off after a few seconds. I can still get into recovery mode, so there're 2 solutions that I know of:
1. Find the original flash0 files, and put them back into my own flash0. If anyone has these and could share them, I would be much obliged. I've searched, but I just can't seem to find the 3.10 flash0 files.
2. Downgrade to 1.5 using recovery mode. I've tried this, by putting the 1.5 eboot into PSP/Game/RECOVERY, and renaming it to UPDATE.PBP, as specified. Didn't work - it told me it was corrupted data. Am I doing something wrong here (most likely), or is it actually corrupted data (which I doubt) ?
Any help with either of these solutions, or any other possible way to fix this problem, would be much appreciated. Either way, I think I'll be upgrading to 3.40 OE as soon as possible. It's certainly a learning experience.
