Default Recovering a 3.71 M33 PSP?

I did not brick anything but I am hearing a bunch of things and I am NOW OFFICIALLY confused.

I hear that there is not need to have Pandora Batter nor a Recovery Eboot if your on a PSP Fat with 3.71 M33?

How is this?

Say I SemiBrick my PSP, how do I unbrick my PSP?

Say I Fully Bricked my PSP, how do I unbrick my PSP?

How would I recover? Is there an eboot i put in a folder like this:

ms0:\PSP\GAME\RECOVERY?

How would I unbrick my PSP?

If you semi-brick your PSP, yes, you would use the Recovery folder.
If you fully brick, I think (THINK...) Pandora is your only option, if any...
