Yesterday I upgraded from 3.40OE to 3.71M33 Update 3 (and I installed the 1.5 kernel extension). Everything was working fine, but this afternoon I turned on my PSP and I noticed that the battery wasn't around 76% like it was when I last turned it off, but at 100%. An hour later, it is still at 100%! The number has never gone down,
I assume this has something to do with the firmware update - or maybe my battery's EEPROM croaked and the timing was mere coincidence? Anyway, I was wondering if any of you has experienced this before and if you could give me some pointers of how to fix this before I do something radical like downgrading back to 1.50 and reflashing 3.71M33.
Oh, it is a fat PSP. And before you ask, Pandora Battery has never entered the picture - I was lucky enough to find a PSP with a low 2.X firmware and I downgraded it to 1.50.
