First of all, I'm not scouting for a flame war. I just want to clear some things up. This isn't about a war between M33 and GEN, but how people reject new developers.
Before I start on the main post, I would ask that members only post if they know what they are talking about, and have straight facts. I would also ask that people back up their claims and that they try their best not to be too vague in their answers to this post.
I'll be quoting some people here, don't take my reply too personally as I'm just picking these posts as an example, there are many more to choose from.
Nobody is forcing you to update, if you don't want too then don't. What gives you the right to say that Dark_AleX is better if you're a non-developer? Only really decent developers can judge about that, as they actually know how custom firmwares work.
Supporting GEN firmwares really isn't going to make Dark_AleX feel bad, in fact, Team M33 accepted the release of then GEN firmwares and is fine with it.
Even though 3.95 seems like a small update from Sony, Sony changed all important modules and NIDs, and pretty much every patch and NID applied by the custom firmware had to be updated.
Do you ever think about it, that Miriam is a human too, just like all of us, and criticizing her work isn't going to help anyone, except annoying her and making her feel bad for no reason, seeing everything works fine.
Sure, there may be bugs, and if people reported that in a manner way rather than immediatly going around and saying things like "THIS FIRMWARE SUCKS1!1!", they might actually get fixed faster.
