aright....... i upgraded it fine i guess 1 thing that im worried about (i dont want to brick this thing again) is the last step from the guide i've been following...
"Turn your PSP off, and turn it back on, holding the 'R' trigger button. The PSP will enter recovery mode, don't panic. Scroll to configuration, and press 'X'. Scroll to Game folder homebrew, and press 'X' until it displays "(currently: 1.50 Kernel)". You may also disable hide corrupt icons and disable SCE logo. Also, you may notice that your recovery menu is now orange or red. This is normal.
(completed step above^^^
confused about step bellow)
Loading Homebrew in 3.03OE-C
Follow the instructions regarding the Recovery Menu above.
//To Load Homebrew, as you used to in 1.50, you should put the homebrew, kxploited or not, in the directory PSP/GAME (You will need to create this folder), and voila, you're done.
//To Load Homebrew made for 3.03 kernel, place it into PSP\GAME320
//You MUST have an ISO folder in the root of your memory stick, and a GAME and GAME320 folder in the PSP folder of your memory stick"
ok so what does it mean by putting homebrew in the psp/game directory?
is it talking about the games i download? or is it talking about additional programs i should run? What is "3.03 kernel"
yes im a noob i bought my psp about a week ago off a friend knowing nothing about it. it was already at 3.03 i decided to fool around with it and ended up bricking it... just got it fixed to 1.50 and upgraded back to 3.03 oe-c
i wont touch it untill i know that i've done every single little step to get it back to perfect working condition
thanks for your help
