just put the .prx onto the mem card and add it into the config and BOOM you can now recored any audio in a hombrew game or any umd movie/game in wav format to the mem stick!!!

Ok since you want some ideas how about a custom background in 480x272 in bmp/jpg format which will overlay the default background and waves.

one thing i think would be nice is to have the screen turn off when you put the psp in lock mode, instead of having to wait for it to auto off...

Here's something simple that would be nice, but I'm not sure if it could be done or not...

If you do a soft-reboot of the PSP (like the eloader has[?]) would you be able to boot into another of the booting options? It's hard to explain, but here's what I would want to be able to do (read it as a procedure list not an option list):

1) Boot into 1.5 for homebrew - don't press anything
2) Press a combination of keys (L + R + Home or something like that), hold L, and have it boot directly to 2.71 on Devhook
3) Press the same combination, hold R, and have it boot to recovery
4) Press Home to leave recovery
5) Hold O to boot into IRShell
6) Home-> Yes to boot into 1.5 again

It would eliminate the hard-rebooting that requires that oh-so-annoying-and-exhausting work of holding the power switch in the "up" position.

yea, that and shortcut keys from the 1.5 xmb, like hold L + R + HOME in xmb and it starts devhook.

Does anyone remeber the first prieview of that dual boot app.
Why not do the same as that did and use the WLan switch to select which gets booted so you wouldn't have to hold a thing. (e.g. switch on would boot 2.71, where as switch off would boot 1.50).

I like Ibanez32 Idea, Up = 2.71 Down = 1.5 Simple and Easy.

This would be great! It should be saved, if possible if flash1. That way, switching memory sticks wont affect it. Also, it would be cool if this prx was flashed to flash, again, so switching memory sticks wont affect it. Thank slasher, loving your USB mod, and now this! Plus PSPosx, what more can you have in store for us n00bs?
