Give it a few days before X-Flash is updated by Art. He's pretty diligent when it comes to things like this, so I doubt we will be waiting long.
Zitat von TheKaWa
If you can't, you need to downgrade to 1.50 and then fo up to 3.03 OE-A from scratch again. Use Recovery Mode to do so.

Folllowed updated guide and upgraded from 1.50 to 3.03 OE-A. There are a couple of reference in the guide to 3.02, otherwise easy to follow and troublefree, great job

You can follow the instructions here.

That would get rid of his icons ;)
Zitat von Abe_Froeman
Just refollow the guide, except make OEUpdateFLasher a 1.0 EBOOT, and put it in PSP/GAME/RECOVERY along with all the files. Once you do that, run it in recovery.

i'm kind of confuse here. what rar file are you talking about? oeflasher? How do I uninstall 2.71 SE/3.03OE?
Open up the .rar file for your custom firmware.
Open the download .rar file, and open up the flasher for recovery folder
Now, extract the RECOVERY folder to X:\PSP\GAME\ (so that it is X:\PSP\GAME\RECOVERY)Geändert von sait0u (01-09-2007 um 07:55 PM Uhr)

i was also wondering....there's nothing wrong with executing 1.5 homebrew or emulators from 3.03 oe-a' if i make a folder "game150" instead of having to go onto the recover mode to switch kernal to 1.5?
-
01-09-2007, 09:19 PM #881
all 1.50 homebrew goes in the GAME150 directory in ms0:/PSP/

Just a bit confused here. Is the "3.03OE flasher's" folder named "302oeflasher" because they chose not to change it from the 3.02 build. Or is this a type-o?

Everytime I connect the USB cable to my PC nothing appears. Is there anything I need to fix. I don't think is the Memory Card because it reads just by conecting it to the PC without the PSP.

I think you need to go into "My Computer" and select your PSP Memory Drive from there.
Probably because windows cant detect your psp so you have to do it manually
-
01-10-2007, 08:51 PM #892
Uhm, navigate to the "USB" icon on your PSP and click on it while the cable is plugged to the PC? If you are running Windows XP, it should autoload asking you how to open it or etc... If not, then just go to my computer and look for the "Removable Drive" or something like that.

Very nicely updated guide for 3.03OE-B - thank you :)
(1 small typo on main page where it says to create a '320' folder - should be 302)

No need. I flashed mine without formatting with all my homebrew still in the memstick. Just disable any plugins you may have running just to make sure.

Well, don't aren't the custom firmwares for all intents and purposes just 1.5 with some glitter?

I just heard that you're not suppose to be running any of the 3.03 on TA082...
says the forum that Dark_Alex previously said he does not recommend installing 3.02 on TA082s.
Is it true?, Also once it is installed, it will not brick right?
If someone can point me to where Dark_Alex does not recommend installin 3.02/3.03 on TA082 because it may brick, that'd b helpful.
Yes i know installing firmware on any may brick.
