yea it is 0 kb and i deleted it 2 times and recreated the DATA.DXAR file twice and put it in the folder again but it still says file not found or corrupted. wat do u mean file remake it?

OE does a fresh install so it does not matter if you have the devhook config file flashed. If you want to get rid of it thought go into devhook thens scroll down to flash install and select uninstall config file.
From 1.5 you can either go straight to 3.03 OE-C or 3.10 OE-A there is no need to install the updates made in front of it.
3.30 OE is not out yet but once it is you can update to it straight from OE itself no need to go back to 1.5

The only reason people stay at 3.03 OE-C is too use custom icons.
And when I say custom icons I mean tompmenu_plugin.rco ones. 3.10 OE-A can customize all other icons besides the main ones (Game, photo ect)

You don't have to delete the stuff on the memory stick if you want. But its up to you.
Formatting through the PSP is faster but it doesn't do a good clean job.
Its best to format it from your computer as FAT or FAT16 same thing.

Since your on OE it can either be single folder or kxploited. (homebrew and homebrew%)
I'm clicking on install the 3.10 update im unsure on what to install and if its safe.

The other thing which caught my eye is that Sony could have modified the updater to write the firmware differently. I've already heard rumors that people who've tried to upgrade their downgraded TA-082/TA-086 PSPs have bricked, so whoever is in that group, don't think of updating anytime soon.

If you're running 1.5, then you can install any custom firmware.

Do I DOWNLOAD that 3.10 firmware on the site does it change it to a custom firmware? I'm confused on which 310 firmware to use.
Both will install fine on a downgraded TA-82 PSP.

Hey Brad. is there any guide that can make me understand about homebrew games, how to run homebrew games in my PSP , if i need any files were can i get them you know , i'm a beginner i don't even know what a kxploited is or a PRX for ex.
