Moovlin is back. Koovlin is back. Evil never left.

In the sequel to the most popular PSP Flash Game of all time, a new challenge is bestowed upon our heroes. After being destoryed by Moovlin once before, the clever Star-Riders are back with a new plan for domination.

One night, the Class B Star-Riders were dropped off into Tierraqua for a revenge mission. To steal the galactic celebrity, Sarzane. The mission was to capture Sarzane, clone her into 100's of minions, and release them into the Galaxy. To seduce world leaders into giving up seats of power and what not.

Remiliok, the masked leader of the Star-Riders had another plan. To sidetrack Moovlin and Koovlin away from the other mission so they wouldn't interfere. So, the Class-C's kidnapped Moovlin in his sleep, and brought him into one of the center UFOs. In Chapter 1 of this huge episode, it is up to Koovlin to save Moovlin from the evil Star-Riders.

Instructions:

Play the game Online by clicking the link.

Play the Game offline by following these steps:

1. Hook up your PSP to USB mode.
2. Right Click the above link and save it the Removable Disk that your PSP is on, and inside the folder PSP, then inside the folder COMMON.
3. Take your PSP out of USB mode, and go to the Internet Browser.
4. (Optional) If you have Custom Firmware, set your PSP's Clock Speed to 333/166 Mhz.
5. Type in the Internet Browser Address bar:

file:/psp/common/768-moovlin7.swf

Yup, I made it. All of it, except for the music, which is mostly from the game Sonic Unleashed.

If that is a portal, NO. I'm on strike to end the portal scene. People will have less reasons to download portals if this isn't in them, so that's good for me at least.
